Karvonen's garden
Karvonen Garden is a commercial garden located in Levälahti, Tuusniemi, which sells summer flowers and herb and vegetable seedlings in high season directly from the garden and from sales points in the surrounding areas.
The garden produces good quality, sustainable plants for nearby residents and dealers. "Our operations are guided by ecology, and most of the energy we use is produced with renewable energy such as wood chips and solar panels. In addition, we aim to minimize, among other things, the consumption of plastic by reusing flower pots."
Heimonen's garden
Heimonen Puutarha is a family business with 50 year old traditions.
The company has two locations.
The total area of the company's greenhouses is approximately 30,000 m2, of which 9,000 m2 at the head office in Riistavesi and 21,000 m2 in Tuusjärvi.
